- Once our "Letter of Intent" has been formally accepted, and the up front retainer of $1,995 has been pre-paid, we are then, officially engaged.
- CopierReps arranges an initial 30-min kick-off meeting with you
- CopierReps reviews job details, profile, qualifications, territory, compensation, etc
- CopierReps launches aggressive recruiting campaign to attract viable candidates
- CopierReps reaches out to candidates through several avenues, including heavy cold calling
- CopierReps pre-screens all interested candidates to determine top candidates
- CopierReps submits top candidates to you - "the ball is in your court now" and so act quickly
- CopierReps introduces you to the candidates, should you wish to interview them
- CopierReps continues sourcing and screening candidates for the next 30 days
- CopierReps invoices you for any additional incentive hire fee of $2,000 per hire (comes with a 60-day guarantee period)
